IP address, or other data that can be reasonably linked to such information by Hypeduo,
such as information we associate with your Hypeduo Account and the Service provided to you.
You will also be asked to choose a unique username and a password in order to sign up for the Service,
which information will be used solely for the purpose of providing access to your user account. Upon signing up,
you will have the option of securing your account by enabling the Google Authentication on Settings page.
For account or password recoveries, you will be able to enter recovery email on the Settings page.
If you are opening an account for your clients as a business user,
you certify that where you have provided information regarding them you have received
prior consent to provide their Personal Data to us and that you have informed them for the present
About us, to which they have agreed.
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers and systems located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. Service shall continue to receive essential Service related emails.
8 Will my data be deleted?
We will store your personal data as long as is necessary for the purposes set
forth in this About us and to satisfy our contractual and legal obligations.
We may also store your personal data for other purposes if or as long as the law allows
us store it for particular purposes, including for defense against legal claims.
NOTICES:
You should not invest lower than your previous profit. Upgrading of account would be required at a certain stage
of your investment. If you are awarded a bonus, a tax fee is required to be paid.
